"Iris: Iris Martinez is a breath & Vinyasa Yoga instructor from 2006. She has been teaching AcroYoga from 2007 on many festivals. In 2017 see completed the AcroYoga level 2 and Family AcroYoga teacher training.

She loves the amazing blend that AcroYoga brings. As a multi-passionate teacher. She teaches with humor and is convinced that the best way to learn is by having fun. "Francisca: Since 2004 I practice yoga, being a certificated and registered (Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200) since 2014. After my formation I have done several teacher trainings and workshops. Now teaching Ashtanga and Yin yoga. Since 2015 I teach yoga at BudaDharma, located in Lisbon Portugal. Together with my love João Palma, who is the most wonderful Mindfulness teacher, we share life at #littleboomland.

The dream is being fulfilled is to share yoga with all the interested and dedicated people. Also at festivals, because the spirit of unity and togetherness there is the most beautiful experience. I have been teaching at festivals in the Netherlands, Into the woods and Funfest Outdoor. And recently in Lisbon at Festival Zen.

"Anne-Joëlle: My name is Anne-Joëlle (22) and live in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. As I told you, I fell in love with the yoga path a couple years ago. Since then I can't imagine a life without yoga. I started a study, but never thought that this would be the most intense 3 years so far. It changed my life and myself. Last year I went to India to deepen even more in the philosophy, body and especially the mind. And now I started a study ayurveda, the sister of the yoga. But still, after these things, I would never say that I'm already there. It's a path, and I'm still at the beginning. But every day I'm waking up with the intension to move a little forward.

Hatha Yoga - serie with a theme: A couple years ago I started yoga and fell in love. Not only with the fysical part but also the mental part. By using the path of yoga as a lifestyle I feel stronger every day. It's so beautiful to see how others fall in love as well, on or of the mat. It gives you so much benefits after such a short time. "Gauri: Gauri Daniela Reich (Germany)

Gauri is practicing yoga since 2011. After two years of yoga teacher training she lived in a yoga ashram in Bad Meinberg, Germany for almost two years. 2015 she founded Do Yoga now! and teaches yoga in fitness and yoga centres and companies.

Gauri teaches Iyengar, Inner Flow Vinyasa and Sivananda Yoga in every level and gives also mantra yoga classes and kirtan concerts.

Inner Flow Vinyasa: Take a ride on breath and motion from the outside deep into your inside. Dynamic sun salutation sequences will warm up your body for the asana practice. You will then be flowing through inversions, backbends, hip openers, forwardbends and twists, which will gradually get calmer and more subtle and finally bring you to your inner self. Thus you will be able to let go completely during final relaxation.

"Nicola: Nicola is a certified Acroyoga teacher, creative freelancer and actress born in New Zealand. Her love of theatre, performance and natural ability with children has led her to completing a Bachelor of Education in Theatre studies at the Performing Arts School of Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Mindful Yoga: Our body is our temple, but we are most of the times not aware of the sensations and how to interpretate them. In the west we live with our heads more than with our body, but our body is our doorway to our heart! "Kristina: Kristina is a yoga teacher by her yogastudio Yarlung in Zutphen.
Born in Sint-Petersburg, her roots comes from Karelie and Siberia, so she has a deep knowledge about Siberian shamanism and traditions and she feels connected to nature. Since 2009 she lives in Zutphen.
Kristina gives yoga lessons for young and old: holistic childrens yoga, therapeutic children's yoga, family yoga, Tibetan healing yoga for adults.

Tibetan Healing Yoga: Tibetan yoga ""Lu Jong"" originate from ancient Tibetan teachings. Lu Jong works simultaneously with body, mind and energy. We balance the elements and humors—the foundation of the physical body. We transform our negative emotions, and we invigorate the subtle body system of channels and wind-energy. The result is a beautiful, efficient and systematic practice that improves our wellbeing in all dimensions. Through the practice of Lu Jong we begin to train our subtle body channels and cultivate awareness. Lu Jong is Tibetan healing yoga.

"Cecile: My name is Cecile and I've been learning Thai massage from Jorge Marquez in Berlin. I have developed my own style which focuses strecthes and dynamic mouvements by creating a space for entering deep levels of relaxation and bodywork. The sessions I give are intense, but I will never go over the limits of your body. Rather, I respectfully challenge you to push your limits, to activate your energy and increase your flexibility and vitality ! This technique has given me so much in developing my balance, awareness and compassion towards others, and I love to teach it to others, spreading the fun of getting to know our own and other people's bodies. Join in !

Workshop Thai Massage: This Thai massage workshop will teach you a basic and effective sequence of massage, from the tip of the toes to the top of the head ! You'll partner up and give and receive this traditional technique from Thailand that blends yoga like stretches with palm and feet pressure, mouvement and accupressure points. The massage is at the same time dynamic and energising, with stretches demanding awareness of the body and breath, and relaxing with tension release and face massage. Join in the fun, feel good, and learn something you can share with others ! "

Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a style that invites you to relax the muscles in every pose in order to reach the deeper layers in the body. Yin Yoga is suitable for every level participant as it does not work with a fixed allignment. As the deep tissue needs time before it responds you stay in a pose longer than in any other Yang Yoga form. During your practise you will be asked to focus on your inside and observe what happens. You will be surprised how much is there to look at (and smile) "

"Roos: My name is Roos and I love yoga. It can help us in so many ways! Not only physically to become stronger or more flexible, but also to release stress and tension, to become more present in the moment and to be mindful.

Sharing about yoga, yoga philosophy, body positivity and following your heart and dreams is what I love to do. My aim is to help you realise what you want from life and to go after it with all your passion. Even tho that is scary and uncertain! I enjoy writing and photography, being outside and going on adventures, at home and abroad. After recovering from an eating disorder, my goal is to positively empower you to listen to and LOVE your body the way it is, right now. Taking care of our world and all the animals in it is my priority, so the Living Village ideals are close to my heart. In 2010 I completed a Masters degree in Development and Human Rights in the UK, and I’m currently an independent yoga teacher in my hometown Noordwijk.

I love to teach outdoors and look forward to meet all the wonderful villagers again this year!

Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a meditative form of yoga in which we hold poses in stillness for several minutes. By relaxing our muscles, we can access our connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and joints) and work on their flexibility and strength. This is a style that is different than all other forms of yoga and movement, and can bring more balance in both your body and mind.

Dru Yoga: Dru Yoga is a happy, soft flowing form of yoga. My classes combine active elements and poses with a focus on the breath to loosen up our bodies and make them more flexible and strong. We also work with the typical meditative slow flow sequences of Dru to release blockages of tention or stress and end with a lovely relaxation. The class is open to both beginners and more experienced yogis. "
